New Adventure!

Our new adventure awaits! An eighteen month mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints to Brisbane, Australia. Our MTC date is in November. This blog will become a mission blog provided I have the time and talent to figure it all out. We are excited and our "to do" list is very long. We hope you will check in from time to time to see how we are getting along, G'day mate!

Naughty or Nice?

This was our Christmas card last Christmas. We had a lot of fun with all the grandkids in the studio. I had a few people ask why I was on the "naughty" side and Ken was on the "nice" side, but I'm sure most people already know why :)

It was a really busy Christmas season and I have to say I have the BEST clients! I have loved all the studio work I have done the last few months and the large and really large families who trust me with photographing their families - thank you!

Some Summer Fun

It has been a crazy busy summer, but so fun! and sometimes I need to have even more fun, even in my images. I got a little crazy here because I knew this little family and their grandma would appreciate it. Thanks B family for another fun time together. I just love watching your family grow as you add more family members. Where is a trailer when you need one? :)

What A Smile!

I had to post this because this is my youngest grand daughter. I was taking her brothers baptism invitation picture and she wanted me to take her picture. This was a first! In the past she has not been very cooperative; I must admit I have bribed and cajoled, so to have her want her picture done and to be so cute was amazing. Plus, getting a little older always helps.

Happy Birthday Girl

I waited almost a whole year to meet this darling girl. A is about to turn one and lives far away from me. It was worth the wait! What a darling girl, even when she was eating dirt, thanks J for not getting uptight about that. The more I look at these images, the more I see her Grandma A in her, lucky Grandma.

Davis County Jr. Miss - Fantastic Girls!

What wonderful girls and what a fun experience! I love photographing teenage girls, they are so game for anything, so fantastic, and so enjoyable to be around. These girls are so beautiful, inside and out. Good Luck to each and everyone of you!

Little Man

Just a thought, for some reason it seems I photograph more little girls than little boys. I wonder why that is? But I'm even guilty of it myself. I have 13 grandchildren, 4 girls and 9 boys. If I have an idea or a new background I am more likely to think in terms of taking an image of one of my granddaughters. This is a shame! I must do something about this, because as evidence of just how darling little boys can be we have this image of this mega-darling little guy. A big thanks to his mom and both of his grandmas for the fun time we had creating the images in this composite.
